Happily Desserted always delivers exceptional quality and service! I recently started ordering cakes from Shrimi this year. We first tried the assorted cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet). Each and every cupcake with decorated with care. Usually, I'm the type to take one cupcake, wipe off half of the frosting, eat my share and call it a day. Not with these cupcakes! I couldn't help myself from trying one each flavor. The frosting is so delicate and compliments the cakes perfectly. I wasn't the biggest fan of buttercream in the past, but after having the buttercream here, I feel like I've been missing out on tasty buttercream my entire life! We've also tried the strawberries and cream cake. SO DELICIOUS! Today I picked up the berry chantilly cake. Decorated expertly, as usual. I can't wait to take a bite later tonight! The one thing that I would encourage every customer to do is to make sure you follow the instructions to leave the cake out for the allotted amount of time before consuming. Shrimi advises you to do so for a reason! It makes the biggest difference! I look forward to trying more flavors from here. I definitely will be having my wedding cake made at Happily Desserted too. No other place will do!

Wow! We ordered a dozen vanilla cupcakes and a vanilla smash cake with pink buttercream rosettes - OH-MY-GAH they were delicious! I haven’t had a cupcake quite that tasty in a VERY long time. My family raved about them even a day later. There was a cupcake left and it was a well fought battle for it - I won! :) The cake was incredible as well. The buttercream was wonderful and the cake texture and flavor was just amazing! Shrimi was a pleasure to work with and made things very simple. I can’t wait to try more of her desserts!

Shrimi made such a wonderful cake for our wedding. She had great ideas and delicious samples to try. We ordered a combo flavored cake with two tiers of chocolate and two tiers of almond with fruit compotes. We opted for a vintage cake design using frosting and silver leaf for decoration rather than flowers. She did a great job and our guests marveled at it during the reception.
